Keepsake Jewelry Care & Disclaimer

Our keepsake jewelry is designed to be a cherished heirloom, created with love and great care. While each piece is crafted to be durable, it is important to remember that resin is an organic medium and can change over time.

While it is entirely up to you how and when you wear your keepsake, please keep in mind that these pieces are intended as sentimental keepsakes rather than everyday-wear jewelry.

Resin may naturally yellow, cloud, or deteriorate if exposed to prolonged sunlight, extreme heat, moisture, chemicals, or rough handling. Even with proper care and the use of high-quality, UV-resistant resins, some degree of natural aging or color change may occur over time.

To help preserve your piece for years to come:

• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
  
• Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and cleaning products
  
• Remove before swimming, bathing, sleeping, or exercising
  

Repairs, Alterations & Replacement Fees

Once a piece has been completed and delivered, any repairs, adjustments, or replacements requested will incur an additional repair or replacement fee, plus shipping if applicable. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Jewelry with stones that have loosened or fallen out
  
• Damage from wear, impact, improper care, or environmental exposure
  
• Requests to alter or fix pieces after delivery
  

Repair fees are assessed on a case-by-case basis and will be quoted prior to any work being completed.

Resin Aging & Long-Term Changes

We cannot guarantee that your keepsake will remain in its original condition indefinitely. All resin and organic materials are subject to natural aging, which may include yellowing, clouding, or subtle changes in appearance over time.

Natural aging of resin is not considered a defect and is not eligible for complimentary repair or replacement. Requests for refinishing or repair due to aging may be accommodated for an additional fee, at the discretion of The Jone Collection.

1. Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that flowers, breastmilk, ashes, or any other sentimental materials sent to us are properly packaged and shipped. We are not responsible for any damage, delay, or loss that may occur during transit.

For breastmilk and ashes jewelry, we recommend following our provided storage and shipping instructions to ensure the preservation process is successful.

2. No Guarantee on Final Outcome

Due to the natural and organic nature of the materials used, variations in color, texture, and appearance may occur. We do our best to preserve the beauty of your flowers and breastmilk, but we cannot guarantee that the final product will look exactly like sample photos provided.

Certain factors beyond our control, including the condition of materials upon arrival, can affect the final result.

3. Material Handling & Preservation

Once materials are received, they undergo a delicate preservation process. While we use high-quality techniques, natural changes may occur over time, which is normal.

We are not liable for deterioration, discoloration, or changes that develop after delivery.

4. Loss or Damage

In the rare event that materials are lost or damaged while in our possession, our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We do not assume responsibility for the sentimental or emotional value of materials.

5. Allergies & Sensitivities

Our products are crafted with resin and other materials that may contain allergens. Customers are responsible for verifying any sensitivities prior to wearing or displaying products.

6. Agreement to Terms

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this disclaimer, including care instructions, repair policies, and the natural characteristics of resin over time.
